E-Order Manager collects zero personal data. All processing is done locally on your device. We have no servers receiving your order data. The app uses localStorage only for your last download timestamp — stored entirely in your browser.

1. Information We Collect

E-Order Manager collects no personal information whatsoever. Specifically:

We do not collect your name, email, or any contact details
We do not collect your order data, customer addresses, or SKU information
We do not use cookies for tracking
We do not run analytics scripts
We do not transmit any data to external servers

2. How the Application Works

The application runs as a local Python server on your computer (http://127.0.0.1:8000). When you upload a PDF:

The PDF is read and processed entirely in memory on your local machine
The processed output is generated locally and downloaded to your computer
No data from the PDF is stored anywhere after processing completes
The PDF and generated files never leave your device

3. Browser localStorage

The application uses your browser's localStorage solely to remember the filename and timestamp of your last download. This information:

Is stored only in your browser on your local device
Is never transmitted anywhere
Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data
Contains only the filename (e.g., "OrderReport_07-Mar-2026_14.35.pdf") and a timestamp

4. Third-Party Services

The application itself (when running) uses no third-party services. This marketing website (the pages you are currently reading) loads fonts from Google Fonts CDN. No other external resources are loaded.

5. Data Security

Since all processing is local and no data is transmitted, there is no risk of your order data being intercepted, breached, or exposed through our systems. Your data security depends entirely on your own computer's security.

6. Children's Privacy

E-Order Manager is a professional business tool not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify users through the application. Given our zero-data approach, significant changes are very unlikely.
