Quick answers to the questions we get asked most by sellers.
E-Order Manager is a free, offline PDF processing tool for Meesho and Flipkart sellers. It automatically crops shipping labels, removes tax invoices, and generates order summary reports — all running locally on your computer.
No. E-Order Manager runs 100% offline on your local machine. No internet connection is required for any processing. The browser opens at http://127.0.0.1:8000 — a local server on your own computer.
Absolutely. All data processing happens locally on your device. No data is ever uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere outside your computer. We have no servers receiving your order information.
Yes, all core features are completely free during our Beta phase. You can process unlimited labels with no restrictions. We'll give plenty of advance notice before introducing any paid features.
Currently supports Meesho and Flipkart label PDFs. It can also handle mixed PDFs containing labels from both platforms in the same file, using Auto Detect mode.
The auto-detect system scans the text content of each PDF page for marketplace-specific keywords — such as "product details", "tax invoice", "SKU ID", "flipkart", and "ekart logistics" — to determine which processing logic to apply.
You can choose between Roll Format (thermal printer, 1 label per page) and A4 Format (4 labels per page, 2×2 grid). Labels can be portrait or landscape orientation. Output can be a single combined PDF or a ZIP with separate files.
The tool reads text content to identify marketplace markers, SKU codes, and label boundaries. Scanned (image-based) PDFs don't contain computer-readable text, so the detection and cropping algorithms cannot function on them.
Check the console window that opened when you launched the app for any Python error messages. Make sure no other application is using port 8000. Try closing and reopening the app.
First try switching to "Auto Detect" mode if you have it set to a specific marketplace. If using Auto Detect, try forcing the specific marketplace (Meesho or Flipkart). If labels still aren't cropping, the PDF may be image-based rather than text-based.
This usually means the PDF is corrupted, password-protected, or has an unusual format. Try opening the PDF in Adobe Reader or your browser first to verify it's valid. If it opens fine, try downloading a fresh copy from the marketplace.
This happens when the PDF is image-based (scanned) rather than text-based. The processor cannot read SKU codes from images. Ensure you're downloading the original PDF directly from the Meesho or Flipkart seller panel.
