Flipkart made several updates to their shipping label PDF format in early 2026. If you're printing labels directly from the raw PDF without a processing tool, you may notice alignment issues, wasted print area, or barcode scanning failures at Flipkart logistics centers.
Here's what changed, why it matters, and how E-Order Manager handles all of it automatically — so you don't have to worry.
Sellers who print directly from the Flipkart Seller Hub PDF without any label processing tool. If you're already using E-Order Manager, all updates below are handled automatically.
Flipkart expanded the "Return to Seller" address box at the bottom of each label page from approximately 35mm to 48mm height. This means raw-printed labels now have more wasted space below the actual shipping label.
This section should never be printed in the first place — it's internal Flipkart logistics data. E-Order Manager automatically identifies and removes this section, cropping tightly to the actual shipping label boundary.
The position of the AWB (Airway Bill) barcode shifted slightly upward in the new format. Some older label processing tools may crop this section incorrectly, resulting in barcodes that are partially cut off. This leads to scan failures at Flipkart delivery hubs.
A partially cut barcode means the package gets manually handled, causing delay. In some cases, it triggers an automatic return if the scanning system can't read the AWB within the allotted processing window.
The tax invoice section (appearing below the shipping label) now includes a different section header text in some new Flipkart PDF variants. Older detection logic that relies on exact text matching may fail to identify and remove this section.
E-Order Manager uses layout-based detection rather than exact text matching. This means:

The difference seems cosmetic — but the downstream effects on scan rates, delivery speed, and return prevention are significant.
